Within 2 hours of you placing your order, you can cancel it. Once 2 hours has passed, your order will have been sent to production so can't be cancelled.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
As our products are printed to order, we can only offer refunds if the product is significantly different from our description, or if it arrives damaged or in anyway faulty.

All our items are printed when you order them and are delivered as soon as possible. You will be informed every step of the way. Typically an item will be printed within 2 working days of your order. We hope to get all orders dispatched within 2 days after printing.
