• Check your email for tracking information and contact your courier in the first instance.
• What do I do if I receive a defective order?
• Email us with information of the defect. We'll ask you to send photos and we will contact our print partner.
• How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
• Each order is custom made, so there is a short window of opportunity for you to make changes, usually within 2 hours of you placing your order.
